Do you ship to my country?

 Yes. We proudly ship worldwide from our Sources in Asia. Our aim is to provide quality goods with price 30% under US market price.  🌎 Better yet, you can track your shipping, once it is on its way.

At present, we ship once every week to North America and Middle East. Our shipper also handles Europe or Latin America, but once a month.

How long does shipping take? When will I receive my order?

Once we receive your order, the processing time takes one week to 10 days. Your item may not have inventory, and is being manufactured at next batch which normally takes 10 days to process. Then it is delivered to shipping dock and ready to ship.

We provide two choices of shipping: Air or Sea. For lighter items, here below is the delivery time estimated:  United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia :14 to 25 Business Days. Items that are lighter than 2kg are shipped by Air. There is also a section under our website saying US warehouse, where there is inventory in US. Those already in US can be delivered in within 7 days.

For items over 2kg, we normally ship by sea. and delivery time estimated: 40 days to 60 days. However if you wish to pay more and have it Air Freight, we charge USD 15 for 1kg. You need to pay extra for the faster delivery.

Tracking numbers are sent by email in 5 days after you place your order. Once the tracking number is issued, the parcel can be traced all the way, and at present almost all can arrived in due time.

 

 

 My order has been dispatched, can I track it?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and tracking link via email. Note, it can take up to 7 days for shipping activity to update.

Return Goods

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your items, or received faulty goods, simply email our customer support team at support@galorePlace.com. Please include the email address associated with the order and describe the issue, including photos is absolutely necessary.  

Most often than not, we shipped you one more time to you after return goods approved by our management. You keep both items.

Can I change or cancel my order? 

Sure! You can cancel, or change your order within 3 hours of confirmation. Please contact us with your name and order number at: support@galorePlace.com.  3 hours after you place your order, we won’t be able to make any changes or cancel it.

What methods of payment do you accept? 

We accept ALL major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Do I need to pay import duties?

No, you do not.

Enjoy your shopping in our website. We are from Asia, and handpick quality merchandise from Asia to go to US. Normally the price would be 30% cheaper than price in Amazon. Although you need to have patience to wait for the longer delivery time. Once again, air freight delivery is 14 days to 25 days. Sea freight is 45 days to 60 days. But it sure would arrive, because every shipment has a tracking number. These days logistics are reliable, and the item always arrive.
